Notice – Defaulting Societies

The Registrar of Societies for the Northwest Territories intends to dissolve societies pursuant to section 27 of the Societies Act for failure to file, for a period of 2 consecutive years, financial statements and a list of the directors. Any person connected with any of the societies listed here, who is aware that the society wishes to continue its operations, is requested to contact the Registrar immediately, and in any event, no later than 90 days following the date of this notice.
