Consolidations of Statutes and Regulations can be viewed in PDF. Persons using these consolidations should be cautious as the material is updated monthly and may not be current.
As well, please note that recent technical upgrades to the website have resulted in some errors in posting. If you have any questions or notice an error, please notify Legislation Division.
Subject to the above considerations, statutes are current to May 20, 2013 and regulations are current to May 17, 2013.
NEW: Legislation is now taking pre-orders for the 2011-2012 combined volume of the Annual Statutes. If you would like to download an order form, it is available in PDF here. Please return your order form by fax or email (disa_wilson@gov.nt.ca) for credit card orders, or by mail, along with your payment, for cheque/money order orders. We cannot process any orders without the accompanying order form and payment.
