Forms
Various forms are currently being developed for posting on this site, and new forms will be added as they are completed. There will be both statutory (as prescribed by legislation) and non-statutory forms available. Please note that not all statutory forms will be available on this site as some of the forms are administrative in nature and some can only be completed with the benefit of legal advice.
The forms are available in two formats. The Word version is designed to be downloaded, completed electronically, printed and then properly executed by the user. The PDF version would be downloaded, printed and then completed. In the Microsoft Word version, the instructions are included in the form. If using the PDF version, please download both the form and instructions.
Only originally executed forms can be submitted to the Land Titles Office for registration.
