Judicial Remuneration Commission

Every four years, the Judicial Remuneration Commission conducts an inquiry with respect to the salaries, pension, leave and other benefits provided to Judges of the Territorial Court. The Commission produces a report and makes recommendations that have the same force and effect as if passed by the Legislative Assembly.
