Co-operative Associations - Legislation

Department of Industry, Tourism and Investment, Supervisor of Cooperatives and Northwest Territories Corporate Registry, Registrar of Cooperatives jointly administers the Co-operative Associations Act and regulations made under the Act.  

Please note that the Supervisor of Co-operatives is the first contact for registrants or for those inquiring about incorporating a co-op.
