Reports of the Chief Coroner

The results of a Coroner's Investigation are released in a public document called a Report of Coroner.  It will include who the deceased is, and the facts concerning when, where, how, and by what means the deceased came to their death.  This report includes all information from the different agencies involved in the death investigation.  The Coroner Service is supported through efforts by the RCMP, Fire Marshall Office, Workers' Compensation Board, Transport Safety Board and various other organizations.  The Report of Coroner may also include recommendations.
