Northern Policing Review (2007)The Northern Policing Review is an initiative of the three territorial Departments of Justice and the Department of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness Canada. The territories jointly contracted with Scott Clark Consulting Inc., an independent company with experience in community policing and justice issues, to hold community consultations and to report on the findings. The RCMP lent support to the project as requested by the territories.
